"If you’re willing to stray a few miles off I95, you will find this to be an excellent hotel. Looks like it is new, and they have suites if needed. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi, the front staff are all helpful and Mae, the lady in the breakfast area is the best. "

Despite the key card machine acting up and making the process take longer, she remained professional, friendly, and kept a smile on her face. She engaged in conversation and even apologized for the delay, but I reassured her that it wasn’t her fault—it was just the machine. Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out, making the experience much more pleasant. I wish I could remember her name, but she truly represented excellent customer service. I checked in Friday evening after 8pm. "
