Bathroom had broken accessories, shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder was falling apart etc. Hot water was inconsistent. Key card at exterior entrances did not work around the property etc.

This is a run down dump with absolutely nothing good about it. Oh, i have to admit that the shower had hot water. But the carpet in the hallways and steps( no elevator) and in my room was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The entire building is in need of repair and painting. Then there is the restaurants as shown in there advertisement: also disgusting and smelled of chlorine. Then there are the "questionable" people hanging around. If this was a 3 star hotel, I would hate to see 2 star. I may not trust Expedia after this experience

Lots of parking and decent prices are the only good things about this place. Check in is slow, mostly because there’s usually only one person at the desk. You can smell the Odor of bug spray throughout the building. I do not recommend this hotel unless you can’t find a room anywhere else.

It was OK. Staff is friendly but the place is quite run down. Not extravagant but a decent place to crash for the night while traveling. I wouldn't stay here for an extended stay.

When you pull up and see the curtains in the windows hanging off and looking shabby, you should know to stay away. Likewise from my experience if a hotel has an extra table in front of their desk and takes a copy of your ID, that’s another sign to stay away. Our key didn’t work for an outside door and we needed to walk all the way around the place to the lobby for me to be told that I’m basically lying and that the key does work and then have to walk all the way back with the clerk just to prove him wrong, that’s another sign. The carpets and walls in the corridors are sketchy and an odor. Ice machines don’t work. Dents in walls in our room. I alerted the clerk on checkout that the shower water spout dripped and behind that the water leaked like crazy.

Leaky shower, toilet that requires you to hold the lever until the bowl is empty, coffee maker and microwave weren't plugged in, refrigerator's cord was plugged into an outlet around the alcove wall, on/off switch on bedside lamp was faulty, bedside lamp was initially plugged into an outlet that didn't work, curtains didn't block all the light from the parking lot, several creepy crawly bugs in bathroom, alarm clock wasn't plugged in, TV remote only sometimes worked, paint was peeling from the bathroom wall, outside door (by parking lot) was troublesome to operate ... overall, a hotel whose time for renovation / replacement is long passed.
