Rooms clean neat and a lot of nice consciences. Water took over 5 minutes to get hot in the shower. When exiting the wing was in the outside exit smelled like pot so bad it hurt my nose and eyes.the property is run down and there were some areas where there were broken windows looks unsettling

The room was dirty, reeked of cigarettes. My partner had an allergic reaction because of the conditions. I checked out 3 1/2 hours after check in. When I explained why to the front desk and asked for physical confirmation of the check out the staff member became hostile and have me a nasty attitude

I didn't even stay here. The neighborhood is very sketchy and an acquaintance that lives on Long Island said there were multiple guest vehicle's tire's slashed on more than one occasion recently. I talked to the front desk to voice my concerns and asked for a refund. I was told that I didn't have to stay there, but "you ain't getting no money back". I figured losing the price of the room was cheaper than 4 tires so I wrote it off. I stayed at a different hotel chain a short distance from this location and was very pleased.
