Nice clean, simple rooms that are well maintained. Very close to downtown, only a 10-15 minute walk or a 4-5 minute drive. Free parking and a breakfast buffet for the kids

Wrong room number was written on card. Went to room and door did not open. When down, got card redone and tried again. Still not luck. Then went down again and came up with staff. They opened door with key and a woman yelled from inside. Went back down and staff told us correct room number.

The rooms smelled like old cigarettes, the bedding was not fresh, the couches were stained, the shower didn’t work and there was no hot water. There was no lotion in the room and we paid four times what we should have paid. The hotel was willing to change our rate for the dissatisfaction and the issues but could not because hotels dot com would not cooperate.
