It was VERY expensive (250$/night) for what you get. It was a very plain chalet, old furniture from the 70's, couches with holes, and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.Even the toilet paper, soap and towels was of the poorest quality . They only provided basic dishes, there was nothing available if you wanted to cook something in the oven. The only positive is that it was clean.
When we booked we understood that we would have a chalet on the river, and we did not. Our view was a partial view of the river and the back of another chalet. There is no real beach just a municipal area that has access to the water.
When we booked we told them we would be bringing two small dogs. They said no problem.
When we arrived, the man at the front seemed concerned that we had two dogs (one is 12 pounds, the other is 3 pounds) and asked if we were bringing them everywhere we go and not leaving them in the chalet at all. I told him that they knew when we booked that we had 2 dogs, and now this is a problem? He said if we leave them and they bark we might get complaints.
If this is a pet friendly hotel, people will from time to time have to leave their pets in the room, and as long as your dogs are trained it is not a problem. We never received any complaints about our dogs.
