"Wonderful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently located in the centre of the city, but room was very quiet and you wouldn't have known the trams/buses were outside. Great choice of amenities. Would recommend and definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is located next to Kagoshima Station, convenient for dining and shopping. The room is just big enough for two person and is well appointed. "

"Beautiful hotel, wonderful view from the room, right in front of the tram stop into town. Free shuttle service from/to the train station. Staff were professional and friendly. The onsen was clean and I was able to use it despite having tattoos. It did become very busy after a while which ruined it a bit, but I was leaving by then do grateful it was quite when I'd gone in. Only odd thing was we didn't get any extra bedding even though we'd booked a room with sofa bed and were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). We called reception and they did bring an extra pillow and blanket, but no sheet. But everything else was perfect and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. "

"Convenient, Clean, Nice Staff, Great Sakurajima view (with the view rooms). Connected underground to Kagoshima Chuo Station and to AMU shopping and AEON grocery store. Bus to Airport is also in same building. 5 minutes from Museum of the Meiji Restoration and CIty View bus stop. Restaurant flood B1 looked fun too!"
