Older motel. No amenities like soap and shampoo. No face clothes. Hard to get in touch with staff. Questionable stains in carpet in hallways and room. No hairdryer. One paper coffee cup in room and it wasnt wrapped in plastic.

The bathroom looked new done. The check in was slow. Took forever for someone to come and give a key. The smell was unpleasant throughout. I had driven 11 hours by now and just needed to crash. My room looked ok until I pulled back the covers on the bed I would have used. (2 queen) Through the sheet I could see a dark stain. Pulled back the sheet and OMG there was a big brown (crap) stain on the mattress cover. Took over an hour to get a person to fix tv and when I showed him the stain he said it was "paint". Yeah right! Left the next morning by 6 and got home and washed everything in my suit case and then showered. NEVER AGAIN.

We check-in late at night. Basically, the room was dim, carpet was not vacuumed, dust and scum around the edge behind the desk, sofa, and bedside. There was nothing more than five mini muffins, ten slides of white and wheat bread. When other customers asked about any more items of breakfast, the staff said that's it with poor attitude. This will be the first and the last time we will stay at this motel

The room is not clean. Shower head didn’t work properly. Because the motel is right next to High way 1, it’s extremely noisy at night. Didn’t provide enough towels. There was only one for two people. The bed was the worse. I booked one queen bed, but they gave me one twin bed,

The desk clerk was very rude & treateus as if we shouldn't be bothering him. The TV was not working & he finally showed up after 30 minutes & finally got it work - sort of. There was human body hair between the sheets which probably indicates the sheets were not changed between visits.

I had to go to Salmon Arm for a funeral, and they would not let me get into my room a bit early to prepare for the service. The staff were not helpful at all and did not care regarding my situation. I ended up staying at the Travelodge in SA - and they were very helpful and sympathetic.

Worst stay ever
The hotel was very smelly and dirty. The rooms carpet was stained and dirty. Pet friendly, yes had to remove the two spiders on the wall. On the go breakfast, toast and jam no butter? I would have to say Wyndham should send an Inspector to visit.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. Upon arriving at the hotel no staff were to be found, the lobby looked dirty and unwelcoming and there was an odour in the air. We waited around 15 minutes for someone to show up. The first room we were given was awful - outdated, looked nothing like the photos, stains on the floor, stains on all the bedding, a horrible smell in the room, bedding and pillows smelled like urine, bathroom was atrocious. We asked to be given a different room and the hotel staff agreed. Second room looked better and was clearly renovated - upon further inspection the bedding was also dirty and stained, bathroom was unclean, floors were dirty, and the door didn’t lock properly. We did not feel safe staying in the hotel with our two young children, after 10 minutes we left and found a different hotel to stay in. This will be the last time we book a hotel without reading reviews. After reading multiple reviews, I do not understand how this hotel is allowed to remain in business - would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked and paid online. When we arrived the attendant said we were checked in but to wait a minute and did not give us keys. It took 30 mins for the attendant to give us our keys. The hotel is dirty, breakfast option was a loaf of white bread, yogurt & a couple apples. Ran out of coffee, counters, window sills, tables etc all dirty. Stains on floor in room, 5 plugins didn’t work for CPAP breathing machine. TERRIBLE service, dirty carpets throughout hotel, staff that didn’t care. Will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER again.
