I came from two hours away for a wedding to stay here, it was one of the only hotels in town! I checked into my room. It looks like the ice in my refrigerator had melted, and it was all over my floor of the bathroom. My daughter walked in and slipped! We pulled out the fold out couch for my daughter to sleep on and the sheets were dirty. I have pictures, the room smelled really strong of cleaning chemicals, people were in the parking lot all night making noise. People are outside of our room sitting in chairs walking dogs at 11 and 12 o’clock at night. The door has a big gap to wear, the light comes in and somebody could stick a credit card and get in if they wanted to! People were nodding off in the parking lot with their windows, rolled down! Do not bring your family here. We also had no pillows and blankets for the pullout couch bed. The sheets were left on the bed already! Just a terrible experience after a long day
The hotel had been updated except the stained chair in the room. It did not have a hair dyer available which I believe the description states. The parking lot is small and does not easily accommodate our truck for parking and there is no easy street parking when the lot got full. Other than that the stay was fine
I did not stay there! Nor did I even mean to make my reservation there. My mother was being evacuated due to the arrow fire from Copperopolis. I was trying to make a reservation in Sonora, California, but it wouldn’t let me cancel. There was no way for her to get to San Andreas because the roads were closed due to the fire. I would appreciate refund.
The room was very clean, pungent cleaning odor. No iron, disappointed. The staff was unprofessional, ratty shorts, tank tops showing cleavage, uncombed hair. The outside was off putting. Weeds, cigarette butt's, pool was a disaster and disappointing. We won't be back.
This place Sierra Inn looled run downed. Felt unsafe, no Deadbolt locks on the doors , The has signs up at the office to check in call this number. Come to find out there are people at live there.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
5 star review. Here's why. Our room was very clean and looked recently renovated. The room also showcased a very modern Look. Large mini Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee, tea creamer, sugar) 2 bottles of water sitting on long dresser table. There were even 4 live plants in the room. Body wash and conditioner dispensers mounted to shower wall. New plumbing fixtures and matching door/towel bar hardware. Xtra large California King Bed appeared to be brand new, very comfortable and pillows very firm and brand new as well. All towels and rags like new. Shower cap and sewing kit also included. Lots of dresses space for clothing. Twin size pull out bed/couch in sitting area adds to comfort of this large room.
The standard rate for this room is less than $100 which is a great value. During checkin, the staff was extremely friendly. All the staff was friendly during the duration of our stay. 5 star rating for this hotel. It is obvious that they make customer comfort a priority. Well done!
The property manager is obviously trying to upgrade the property but the new items are going to quickly turn due to lack of maintenance. The floors and walls were filthy. As we walked up to the room the scent of Fabuloso was overwhelming. It was not rinsed from the floor, thereby making our feet stick and the floor filthy as we walked. The smell gave us all headaches and we barely made it through the night.
The property manager was respectful, but we checked out after one night of a planned two night stay and he did not refund the second night.
Never made it, the Carson Pass was closed due to white-out driving conditions!!!!

Disliked: Staff & service
Uncomfortable
I actually never stayed but left before the attendant was available. No one was there when I arrived at check in 3:30pm I didn't feel safe or comfortable with the environment or the fact that there was no attendant present at the hotel. They did refund my money which was kind of them but the safety factor was a red flag for me.
