"Came from the US for our honeymoon in early March and rented from them. I don’t have a single regret!! The hosts were very easy to work with. Communication was consistent and the instructions were very easy to follow for check-in and finding the place. Any issues we may have had were taken care of immediately by the hosts. They use email and iMessage for contacting which is nice coming from the US. The apartment was very clean and spacious. They are located near many restaurants and shops. You also get a small discount at a few restaurants and stores. They give you a map with all the details for that. The host made our first time in Florence an unforgettable one and we will be renting from them again in the future! I would recommend these host to all of my family and friends interested in traveling to Florence."
