Fantastic room had a view of the harbor. King size bed very comfortable. You can pretty much walk to anything from here Dog friendlybwe had our Lab with us no problem.

Beating the heat.
The emarcadero inn was perfect in every way. The inn was located across the street from where we could launch our inflatable stand up paddle board. The check in was quick and the young man who checked us in was friendly and engaging. I have VIP status but the amenities and the room was nice and there was no need for an upgrade or a late checkout.

The location was amazing, right on the bay front yet away from the daily crowd. The staff is what makes this hotel so great. They are nice and courteous. There when you need them, and not when you don’t! Equally important! We were only here one night, but will return for a longer stay next time. A true gem.

Walking distance to the restaurants on Embarcadero and short walk to the rock. Overall rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Went to room and bed sheets were not clean. I didn’t make a big deal but called and asked if they could come change the sheets. Left the room and got a call 10 min later telling us that the sheets were not dirty that they were just wrinkled. I explained that it wasn’t the wrinkles it was the hair still in the bed and the lady told me she didn’t see hair. We asked if she could still have the sheets changed, she hung up on us. We walked by the room and there was a maid there so we walked around and came back. The maid was gone but our room was left wide open. The

Nice room, great view
Hotel was clean, room was esthetically pleasing. We chose a full bay view and it did not disappoint. Balcony with full view of bay and Morro Rock. Hotel is at the end of Embarcadero street so it’s very quiet. “Quiet hours” are between 9pm and 7 am so expect a very quiet and low key atmosphere. Sunsets from the balcony are very picture worthy.

People were nice but the guy that checked us in did not offer me my VIP benefits and when I asked about it they said that I could have used the $25 towards renting a golf cart, but it was too late since we were checking out. She did not offer to remedy their lack of communication. The facility was ok but a bit run down.
