It was fine. Clean and the dude who checked us in was super friendly. We had some drunk idiots knock on our door at 130 am. Going up and down the hall until 3. Breakfast was cold. Overall everything was fine.

Front desk older guy at night very nice. Younger man was rude at check out. Room was tiny king bed did not fit. Bright light from a parking lot next door blasting all night. No curtians. Cheap plastic blinds. Did not clean the room did not even dump trash. Pool requires key card for access. once I was at the pool it would not let me out. My card stopped working. I was stuck there till someone let me out. No bell or anyway else to leave. Brown carpet and sofa can’t tell how dirty it is. Charged for parking even though it’s more like a motel.

Great Hotel. Criminals target rental cars.
I visit every year to see family. Great location. Great accomodations. Friendly staff. Word to future travelers, the neighboring town of Dublin, CA's Lazy Dog Restaurant parking lot is where my rental car was broken into and everything was stolen. Cops said this happens a lot. Parking security said it happens a lot. Criminals identify that it's a rental because of a sticker on every rental's license plate. One night, the gate at my cousin's apartment complex in San Ramon was being climbed by 3 guys in all black when we got to his place. They scattered when they saw the headlights of my replacement rental. But that's not a count against a great hotel. I love staying there and visiting family.
