Disappointed by our stay initial room had uncovered windows that were above the bed allowing a significant amount of light from the traffic of cars at night and a lot light in the morning. Also, we booked it to use the jacuzzi and it was inoperable due to maintenance. And elevator was inoperable. This property has gone down in my opinion. Won’t stay here again, when back in the area. However; staff was extremely kind and friendly.

Not ADA approved because elevator wasn’t working. They have two handicapped spots, but one is below ground and couldn’t be used due to lack of elevator. We never had our room cleaned because person who checked us in didn’t tell us we needed to request it. No emergency exit map displayed. Sound on phone inadequate, so we had to go to the front desk with questions/requests. Some local information in the room would have been nice.

One of our previous stays was not so great, so we are happy that this time it was much better. We prefer to stay here in the off-season when the rates are cheaper so we can stay longer and have time to unwind. We love the front desk lady Lisa, she is always very sweet to us, thank you

The interior of the room is a bit dated. Shower head is a cheap Homedepot piece, and very low water pressure gave a trickle shower. Shower soap/shampoo bottles were empty, and no bed making service for the second night. For the price of the room I expected some more luxury.

When we arrived, there was no power anywhere in Cambria. The manager (at least she said she was) was sitting in the dark. It was a chilly night and power wasn't expected until 3am so we didn't want to stay if there wasn't going to be heat. She promised she would refund the money but it never happened. They can't seem to be reached by phone. No one answers and there is ability to leave a message. Highly disappointed in them and I don't have any recourse because I booked through Expedia and they can't reach anyone there, either. I would NOT recommend. They have disappointing reviews for other reasons as well. I should have taken those as a warning to stay away from this place. If you are reading this, you have been warned.

We were initially disappointed with our room, as it featured a jacuzzi tub positioned adjacent to the bed with no privacy, open to the main space. When we asked about room service for the following day, we were informed that it must be requested at check-in—a detail we hadn’t been made aware of. However, Kerri went above and beyond to assist us. She kindly offered us an alternative room (with a tub) that had a fully enclosed bathroom. Her extraordinary accommodation and helpfulness turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a truly enjoyable stay.
