Terrible sigarette smoke

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. However, we experienced issues during our stay on the second floor. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there was loud music coming from neighboring rooms. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of enforcement regarding smoking inside, and the hallways were quite noisy due to several intoxicated guests. Unfortunately, these factors have led us to decide not to return to this hotel in the future.

We love going to Santa Ynez and the Chumash resort is a great place to stay. We are not gamblers but is a nice and convenient place to stay when we head that way. Staff is very friendly and the new sports bar is excellent as it is separate from the casino so you can actually sit down and watch games on the big screens.

We had no hot water but it was easily fast resolved by the handsome man who was working at the customer service last night (9 pm) he came at our room 234 to hand us a set of door keys then transferred as to another room 236. He’s very nice, helpful and courteous to us. We will be back again, we had a great time!
