I ordered a room with a king bed. When I ordered the room it stated “pet friendly “. We have a “well behaved” dog. They changed our room because they said it “was not pet friendly. I’m 74 years old! Still working EMR. The room they gave us had a chair which felt like I was sitting in a hole. It , was worn out with little or no stuffing in the couch. Very uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly!! The room was clean, but I was there to regenerate and for the comfort! The comfort wasn’t there!

Everything you want in a hotel. The breakfast buffet lady made our breakfast great. Very caring service to my wife and kids was much appreciated.

Decent One Night Stay at the Holiday Inn Express
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel for the most part, but there were 58 college visiting teenagers staying there on the one night we were there, which made things more rambunctious. I also feel the hotel should provide bar soap in the bathrooms instead of just liquid soap. That said, the breakfast was great, and the hotel staff were superb.
