The property has no on-site staff or lobby. They neglected to tell us this before we arrived and there is no signage for how to get in.
Standing outside with our bags, we reached out for help and they emailed information on how to get in, park, etc., but it did not clearly indicate our room number. As we searched around, we finally found a reference to a number ambiguously listed on our invoice which turned out to be our room number.
Once we were in, the room was very nice, spacious, clean, quiet, modern, etc. It was just the first negative impression which they need to work to fix.
