The hotel was nice our room was perfect for us. A bedroom & living room area. It was all great. What we didn’t like was having to pay for parking. You don’t do it inside it’s really just a huge pain. Then we got a ticket on our car saying we didn’t pay. Not sure why they charge a parking fee. It’s kinda rude really. There is coffee in the room but I never know how clean it is so my husband got us coffee downstairs. They charged $4 dollars for a cup of coffee! Most hotels just have it free as a nice thing to do. Other than that. Everything was great and would definitely stay again.

Parkiing lot is miserable
I was very put off by having to pay $17/day for parking. I understand wanting to keep people who are not staying from parking but you should have the ability to park one vehicle on site. Also the fact there was no thought of pedestrian safety with the parking lot. It was dark and there is no center staircase to take. You have to park your car, walk through the dark parking lot to the other side of the driveway to the sidewalk. With all the parking fees you have collected, the installation of a stairway would have paid for itself by now.

Lovely property, well taken care of and the staff was extremely well mannered. Especially the servers in the lounge and dining room! Only one concern, we were charged a parking fee. This property is off the coastline and not in an area where there would be non customer parking. That was the only issue we had.

Another wonderful stay at Hilton in Scotts Valley. My only complaint would be that they now charge for parking, which is unnecessary because Scotts Valley is not a busy city with limited parking.

This property charges for everything. The Ac was broke room was not very nice. The down comforter had holes in it, couldn't open the windows, restaurant was way over priced the elevator inspection was out of date ect.
