Sheets and pillows smelled like dog pee

Bed sheets smelled like dog pee. The people in the room beside me and the people in the room above me were loud and thumping until 2am and again at 4am. I couldn’t get any sleep.

Juan and the ladies working the breakfast area are so friendly and made me feel at home! The room was clean and all accommodations were clean and fairly new feeling. However, it's a little scammy or negative to only have room cleaning every other day so that when you right back not have your bed made or anything cleaned up in the room like hotels used to do. Unless you are staying for more than two or three days, I feel that you do not get what you paid for as far as features I expect from hotels. Also, the most negative and I believe I should have gotten me an account credit for the fact that they advertise a pool and it was closed and/or having issues my entire stay. Anyone coming from out of state to Florida and specifically buying a bathing suit should be able to swim at a hotel.
