Pictures only showed the nice redone lobby, and then once we got to our room it was dingy. Stained carpets, flickering lights, thin walls. Window in the lounge was shattered. The desk staff wasn't pleasant to deal with, however the bartender in the lounge was extremely nice and had great customer service. For breakfast we were given a coupon and once we got there they told us the free breakfast was only from four of the food dishes and that the rest was at an extra charge and we were only allowed to dish our plates once.

This is an older hotel with small rooms. That being said our room was very clean. The breakfasts were very good, better than most that come with a hotel room. The restaurants on site were reasonably priced and had excellent staff. We had some issues when we checked in, there were some assumptions made rather than questions asked so we had to change from our initial room. The assumptions made were inexcusable. On the other had our check out was 5 star, Harpreet was at the front desk and was incredible. Overall, for the price we paid this hotel was really good value.
