Convenient location but very basic room with crowded parking. Price was reasonable to reflect this.

Room kind of smelled like smoke. It was fine for what it was. Wouldn’t pay full price to stay here though.

This is our second time staying here, last time our room was in the tower and the parking was part of the deal. This time we stayed in the west wing in a single queen (which usually means one queen bed but not much less floor space and the same expectation that two people will be in the room. This room felt like a storage closet had been converted to a room, there was only one set of towels and parking cost an extra 15.00, bit of a surprise, and only one bedside table(annoying for charging phones and reading) The rooms walls were cardboard thin in this area of the hotel. They seem to be doing renos so perhapes this will change. There was nothing overtly wrong with the room but the price didnt reflect the very basic room amenities and budget size. With the charge for parking the room cost the same as a double queen at a sightly more upscale hotel with parking included also located downtown.

We booked in for 2 nights. Our room in the West Wing smelled musty, the carpet was very wet around the hvac unit in the room, their was moisture below the television and gum stuck under the edge of the night stand between the beds. We spent one night in that rooom and then approached the front desk about the issues with the room. The young lady at the desk promptly upgraded us to a room in the tower portion of the hotel. We moved and quite enjoyed the remainder of our stay. Thank you to the desk clerk for a prompt resolution to our issue.

We stayed one night. The staff were courteous but we do wish the front desk gave more direction to where our room was. We walked through the construction zone of the hotel to find our room.

Decent location and very polite staff. Rooms could use an update. During our stay one hallways was being renovated and the floor was completely covered in dry wall. I recommend blocking access to areas like this in the future as it can be a hazard for children.

Parking Charge
We were charged $15.00 for overnight parking since we didn’t book directly with the hotel(Park Town). I didn’t appreciate the charge.

This hotel has great potential being in a central area… but it is tired. Bedroom was small and dingy, but not dirty. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff was polite and quick. Front desk staff was polite, although distracted. The pick up area had some questionable characters hanging around, and although I didn’t feel unsafe, I was cautious. All in all a good sta. I think the upcoming renovation will be just what this hotel needs 😁

Needs updating in west wing
Room was clean, but dated and old. They are renovating though, so should be better next time hopefully. Bathroom light switch isn’t separate from fan, so that was a little annoying. Loud fan! Staff are great and room was clean. We will stay there again. One thing though! Discount vouchers for meals are only good for lunch and dinner, not convenient for concert goers. Rock The River, is afternoon and evening events. Vouchers were useless! But do like staying at this hotel. Next year will take the concert goers package. Just giving my disadvantages of out stay. They do have an on site Security keeping the patrons safe, which is an amazing feature, I think. 😊
