Everything was great except for the bed.
Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful view. Nice room overall. However, the mattress needs to be replace. I sunk in on my side of the bed and I am only 160lb. My wife noticed it right away. The pillows were also too high.

Spa was broken which was deciding factor of choosing this hotel, disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed prior to and that no compensation etc was taken into account for this. There were quite a few other options in the area for us to stay for less (even with bay views) but specifically selected for a spa amenity.
