6.23.24-6.30.24 You will get what you pay for! Let me preface by saying that all of my hotel reviews are posted after my stay is completed. We loved the layout of the room. However, this place claims to have been newly renovated..... The rooms are NOT modern (yet almost spotless) and I can't believe any hotel still has carpet! The appliances & office chair were outdated, damaged, and filthy. The general manager is either very frugal or running low on funds because why isn't more time & money being used to invest in making this property more presentable and comfortable for guests with families? The pics on ALL sites of this location have definitely been altered and/or they are using stock photos from the chain's site. The toilet was not cleaned before we got there. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff not so much! I asked for fresh towels upon leaving one day. When we returned much later that night we did not have fresh towels; the front desk took care of us. I remembered who I asked and saw her the next morning when she denied ever talking to me. Then she immediately made a comment to a fellow housekeeper in their native language and walked away. The breakfast was decent; yet they have to figure out the crawling bugs on the countertops. Our neighbors were quiet during our stay; yet folks were smoking nearby. For our next visit to the area this place may be a last resort.....

Dirty room and strong smell like a wet carpet. My wife had to wipe everything down with lysol wipes. It wasn't just dusty, it was grimy- esp. door knobs, light switches, phone. Fridge had residue we had to clean the whole thing before we could use it. Carpets weren't clean. Room definitely was due for a deep clean. Doors were peeling. Pool advertised was closed.

Property is rundown. Furniture is worn out. Lamp missing bulb. Can not contact front desk from room phone because phone did not work. Manager offered another room but phone was not working there too. So we did not change room. Bed was ok, hot water for shower was adequate. Breakfast was ok.

I, realistically, expected more from a Wyndam property, but I was wrong! At checkin there was a stale tray of left over cheese and crackers on the counter (it's one thing to offer guests a snack, another to leave dried cheese out). The room was smelly, the carpet disgusting, the bed cover not clean, the bathrooms not tidy and everything from the tv wires to the ac was in need of repair. The halls were loud late into the night with loud music, and the guests in the next room kept messing with the adjoining door and laughing. We were so worried we piled luggage against the doors. When I told the manager, she said we could leave but she wouldn't refund any of the money. I even offered to pay for the one night and just asked to cancel the remaining time, but she wouldn't consider it and was extremely rude. We felt unsafe and felt like we had no choice but to leave losing it all. I took pictures of everything and contacted Expedia and Wyndam directly. Expedia had a 8 rating for the hotel. Both were apologetic and offered points, but neither could get the manager to give any kind of refund. I hate to say it, but never again, Wyndam; you lost my business.

It is located in an industrial area. You will be woken up multiple times a night by train horns. There currently is construction up the road so you have to take a detour. There isn't an option to have the fan running all the time so the room gets hot, ac kicks on and then it's cold. The remote for TV only turned on/off and volume. I couldn't get the guide or change channels. Also, my room was by the lobby and they vacuumed in the middle of the night. I left 2 nights early , even though I couldn't get a refund , it was that awful. The room is clean though.

Nice hotel
We are pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly nice, it was very clean. Jodi at the front desk was so nice. They have a small breakfast in the morning. Our only disappointment is they didn't have a pool. They do have a complimentary shuttle which you will definitely need to go downtown.
