The hotel lost power the first morning of our stay. We didn’t have air conditioning or hot water. We were on the 4 th floor and had to walk 5 flights of stairs everytime we returned to the room

Power was out in sections of Savannh, Georgia. NO effort was made to contact us to tell us they had no power for 2 days! Their phones didnt work. It would have expected more from a Hilton facility.

Overall a great stay!
This was a very nice hotel. Pros: we loved all the amenities in the room. Dishes, silverware, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, even a table with wheels we could pull over to the couch! Bed very comfortable. Also great location. Cons: strange cloying smell everywhere. Like a scented spray that was too overwhelming. Also, bathroom was very hot. Didn’t seem to get a/c at all. Even despite the cons, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

It's dirty and there are bugs, and when I turn on the heater in the room, the air conditioner on the sofa bed side doesn't work, and the control is broken so it doesn't work, and when I call the staff, they don't come, and I get bitten by bugs and it's itchy.

It was ok. We were there 4 days/3 nights, no one went to make the bed, take out the trash, etc, they supposed to go every other day.
