We had a great stay! My only complaint is that they have an extra $200 charge that’s pending that I have to wait for it to be released. That part was not explained and I didn’t like that. The hotel itself and staff was lovely. The breakfast was great, room was clean, the pool is not heated, but our kids still enjoyed it. Elevators were fine (I’m not sure why some complained about them). I would stay here again.
The stay was fine. Room was fairly clean. The customer service was great, from front desk to housekeeping. While I know they allow pets, the only complaint I had upon initial entry of room was a stale smell. Didn’t even smell like a dog. But when we left and return, the smell had dissipated. Breakfast was decent. We had all we needed for our weekend stay.
A nice stay. Room was clean and spacious. The a/c unit made noises all night in room. Pillows could've been firmer. The breakfast sandwiches were cold. Home2Suites is always a good choice 8/10.
This property was very clean, close to popular attractions, has nice suites, and was comfortable to stay at. The staff was wonderful and has onsite parking. The best part is that it is dog friendly.

I stayed at the Home 2 suites during Thanksgiving week with my family. We came here to stay two years ago for a funeral and love it! However, the stay this time around was not so pleasant.
1. One of the workers in the kitchen during breakfast was rude on Thanksgiving day. My family and I was eating and catching up sitting down and the guy keep walking past and turned the light off to initiate he wanted us to leave so he can clean. That would’ve been no problem if he just communicate that to us. Also it’s a sitting area so regardless if breakfast was over we will have a right to feel comfortable and sit there
2. Housekeeping did not clean room as requested on the secondary day of our stay. I asked for clean towels and wash clothes and was told I had to wait until 11. I went downstairs to front desk and was told they was out. Eventually I received the towels and wash cloth but housekeeping noted this and did not clean our room
3. The room and bathroom was outdated. Bathroom had either mold or peeling off the walls and water and:or air quality had a weird smell
The place was a convenient location but definitely need alittle bit more improvement in rooms and bathrooms
