Most staff were so polite; however, when I checked in, someone was at the front desk and did not acknowledge me, or tell me that someone would be right with me. I had to wait until someone else came to help me. If that was not her job to check me in, that is fine, but at least acknowledge me. The rest of the staff were quite accommodating. The stay was very comfortable.

Everything it a little bit ok I just want to said if you have 3 kids this hotels it not for that n they not charging the towels after 3 days n some of the staff they are so rude We not staying there again but GodBless them n Thank You

My grandson accidentally pushed the emergency door in the pool room and one of the women was very rude after we apologized several times and said, if the fire trucks come out you have to pay for it. There was also a pair of under wear found from the previous guest under the nightstand, very gross. We always stay here when visiting my daughter and have never had any problems until this time but we will still come back.

The woman at front desk was the rudest person I’ve met in two weeks of traveling. She told me I would have to stay on floor with dogs barking all night when I asked for quiet room for which I’d pre paid. She refused to break a fifty dollar bill- really! She was dismissive and never smiled once. Why is she in a customer service position, just the worst. My key did not work trying to get va k in front at 7pm after getting take out food…. She was watching tv in back and could not be bothered.
