The staff at the Ebb Tide are fantastic. Really well run property, the suite with the kitchenette is roomy and has a great view. Breakfast options were good, and lobby cookies each evening were a fun surprise. Great spot for Seaside events.

Great place
Great place to stay. It was very close to the main part of town and all the restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the host at breakfast time was excellent and very friendly, he is just a nice guy. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. The view from the room was excellent. The only downside was that there was no ac in the room but they do have fans provided. We would definitely come back.

This is an amazing place to stay right on the prom in Seaside. We had a great experience from the view of the ocean, to the hot breakfast, we will be staying here again.

Perfect location, comfortable room, good price
We chose Ebb Tide based on reviews and price… both were excellent. Our room had a partial ocean view from the balcony. It was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The only downer was the poor shower pressure. Free breakfast from 7-10 included scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries and toast, as well as cold cereal and beverages. The location was perfect: right on the Prom next to the beach, a few blocks north of the noise of Broadway. We will stay here again.

I thought the room was clean and comfortable. The stopper in the sunk was broken and I think the toilet seat could use a change out but charming. Loved the little patio. View of ocean. Very close to the promenade. For the price the breakfast was great! Real eggs, meat etc. long time for breakfast. Nice hot - hot tub! They were very helpful staff.
