Beware there is a $33 parking fee. I missed that and was disappointed when checking in especially since all the other hotels I looked at were free parking. It soured everything about the stay. I do feel safe and the room is big and the staff tried to accommodate me but these days big corps don't give employees much say. Over all it took the fun out of staying here... thus I won't return. Worth trying another hotel with free parking. If I had saw there was this fee I won't have chosen to stay here. My mistake. Hope comments help you enjoy their cookies and all they have to offer. For what it’s worth our car wasn’t broken into…

The front desk staff were very kind. The rooms haven’t been updated since the 1970s and smell like cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned all the way, hair on the floor and in the shower. The door bolt was cracked and honestly I’d think if someone pushed with enough force the door would swing open.

They didn’t have the room for me I was supposed to get so I was but in a room in the 5th floor that I had to take 2 separate elevators to get to Then the room jar ton curtains and overall poor shape

Freezing!
The room was very clean and well kept. The problem was the heater in the room was very loud and there was hardly any heat coming out of it. I was going to ask for another room but my plane landed after midnight and I was exhausted. I just shut the heater off and add another blanket onto the other Queen bed. The next morning, the room was 58 degrees.
