Love the warm cookies!
Front desk and housekeeping staff is always pleasant and helpful. Room could use some upgrades. Toilet took a few minutes to refill bw flushes so we had to wait in between uses. Windows are not insulated well so they were always wet and moist which may be the cause of the musty smell of the room. Location is great and hard to beat. Love the easy access to the freeway and all the shopping options in the area.

Breakfast was good value and so good! The male server at the buffet was kind and professional. However, front staff for check-in was not super helpful. She forgot to mention our breakfast options and even vague info when being asked later. Good location! Overall, I am happy with the stay!

We had a great stay and would probably stay again. Check in took a while which was understandable on a weekend evening. The person at the front counter was very sweet and made jokes but actually gave little information before disappearing. We were not given directions on where to park nor were we told which floor our room was - we had to ask another guest! The room was clean, though there was a distinct smell that followed us home on our clothes. Maybe it was normal and we’re sensitive. VERY comfortable bed and pillows which is hard to find!
