There are 2 doubletree hotels near airport. Told hitel shuttle driver to take us to doubletree near airport. When arrived, the person at desk was not friendly, not helpful, said it happens all the time. If that is the case, it should be stayed there are 2 near the airport. We waited for over 40 minutes for another shuttle driver from the other doubletree could puck us up. The one that dropped us off was not busy or on a pickup, but could not take us there.

Didn't like the $20/night parking fee or having to join Hilton Honors to get free internet. (I didn't). Room was amazing. Large with separate TV room and pull out couch. Enjoyed the pool. Grace at the front desk was extremely wonderful.

A little older building but up to date and extremely clean. All the staff was remarkable. My only problem since I am handicapped, they didn't have a hand held shower and I had to bring my own to install. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I have had to do this but since it was a Hilton, I guess I expected a little more from them and they couldn't produce. Overall I would stay here again as they are great people!!!

Nice place to stay. Rooms are a little dated compared to other properties but served their purpose and were clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and very helpful and the airport shuttle was super convenient. Very nice shopping mall is just across the street so plenty to do right outside the hotel without having to drive anywhere.

Everything was clean and fresh, bed was very comfortable. Transportation to get you just about anywhere is within walking distance. We stayed three nights, we did not rent a car, walking distance to the mall, bus transportation available at the mall, took shuttle to airport to grab the light rail to downtown. Buses, light rail, very clean, bus drivers friendly and offered advice when asked.

Check in was very efficient. I made a reservation for 4 o’clock the next morning to take the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was helpful, courteous, and on time to get my family as well as another guest to the airport. It made it very easy.

Excellent property and stay
Family stay - very pleased with experience - clean and spacious room. Would definitely recommend. Convenient to airport - but make sure you get on the correct shuttle bus at the airport, as there are multiple DoubleTree properties and related shuttles. We ended up shuttling to the wrong hotel and Ubering to the correct one.
