The rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Felt very safe and comfortable walking around the area. Very close and direct walk to the space needle and Climate Pledge arena. I would stay here again.

Not a great stay unfortunately. The suite they assigned had a broken sink. The bathroom sink was literally disconnected from the counter and was hanging dangerously from the counter. The front desk attendant moved us to a different room and that one had no door separating the bedroom from the living room. The purpose of having a suite was to have privacy and to have the kids in a separate room. Front desk moved us again to a room with a functional bathroom and a door. Be aware that the pull out sofa is horribly uncomfortable. The kids ended up sleeping on the floor as it was more comfortable than the mattress on the sofa. On a positive note the hotel staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel is in need of repair and updating.

Stayed here for the 2nd time as I was attending a concert at Climate Pledge. Convenient location, and easy access were important to me. Parking charge of 25 was reasonable compared to other hotels who charge 65. Would stay again.

The curly headed girl at the front desk was cold, rude and overall had terrible customer service. She answered questions in a condescending way and was the opposite of helpful. This is definitely not the job for her.
