"Phil was a great host and was able to accommodate our change of dates due to our flights. He has been hosting this house for less than a year now, and it was a great experience. Beautiful view of some of the Sedona mountains out the back windows, nice deck with hot tub for viewing, nice kitchen, great location. There were a few issues but Phil was able to communicate and due what he could to resolve them, such as the code on the front door lock and an appliance issue. The kitchen gas range had an issue and needed to be replaced, but nothing he could do about that at the time. We were able to use it nevertheless, but he ordered a new one to replace it as soon as possible. All in all, this property is a good home and has a lot of potential. Phil has plans to continue to make improvements and it will be a great property.Thank you, Phil, for helping to make our Sedona visit such a great experience."
