Advertised as providing a "free breakfast" which was an exaggeration at best. Decent coffee but tiny cups. Skimping on coffee cups to save on coffee is insulting. "Breakfast" was basically small bags of mini-muffins. Nothing else. Not expecting a big spread, but don't consider the "free breakfast" in your reservation decision making process.

I usually stay here whenever I visit the area but seeing the amount of stink bugs the room and a cockroach has made me a little leery of future stays

I did the pre check in with my id and credit card which it said would make check in much quicker. No it was not. I had to give my id, my credit card and car information as I had already completed online. I told the girl at the desk I had already completed everything and she said it didn't matter she needed to do it. What I had done online meant nothing. So I had to go through it again go get my license plate number and go back in with it because she said if I didn't my car would be towed. Absolutely waste of time. Why have a customer do precheck in if it means nothing?

breakfast was coffee and hostess muffins... 1 elevator that the staff was always using while we were trying to check out and get stuff to the car. i cart that was always in use. the view wasnt terrible
