The waterpark was great! Staff was friendly but we got a room with one bed and a pullout couch with two adults and two kids. We got there after 10 and there was no bedding for the pullout couch. My husband went down to the desk to get bedding but was told they were busy and it could be an hour or two before someone brought them to the room. The bedding arrived just before midnight. Our kids are 6 & 8.

The pools were cool, but I was not told that I had to drive to the indoor pool, until I noticed multiple 'Wilderness' locations upon arrival. Please be more upfront with those booking the hotel.

My spouse and I got a stomach bug while staying here in November 2024. The room was clean but all the furniture was brown and I could smell a little mold when I walked in the room. It needs more air ventilation and sun. The staff service was okay. Good place to say if you have kids, don't stay if you don't have them there are screaming kids especially in the morning.
