8 am call from house keeping.
The house keeping staff ring my door bell at 8 am every morning for the cleaning of the room. Doesn't matter if I have the "Do not disturb" sign or not. This is a bit to be improve. There is no restaurant or shop nearby and the hotel canteen is the only choice.

난방기 작동 불량
962호에 1차 여장을 풀었는 데 2시간 동안 난방을 하여도 난방이 되지 않아서 AS를 2회 요청하여 959호실에서 편하게 숙박을 하였습니다. 호텔에서는 난방기 시설을 정기 점검을 하지 않은 실상으로 보여 집니다. 특히 동절기의 사전/정기 시설(난방)점검이 필요한 것으로 보여 집니다.

虹橋空港、虹橋高鉄駅からタクシーで7kmほど。ホテルは館内、客室共に改装済みで快適。wifiの速度も速い。 しかしながら周りにはコンビニやレストランがなく、食事や買い物には不便。 虹橋空港や虹橋高鉄駅から朝早く出発する場合やただ寝るだけなら宿泊費も安くおすすめだ。

外貨の両替くらいはできるようにして欲しい｡ タクシーが来ない｡　一々､フロントで行き先を告げてそれからタクシー会社に連絡して探してもらうとか最悪｡ フロントに人が少ないのでなにをやるにもまたされる｡ 元々が日航ホテルだったのですが､そのイメージで泊まるとがっかりさせられます｡

交通が不便で、空港からはタクシーでは近すぎるため嫌がられました。スタッフは英語をほとんど話せません。レストランなどの設備もなく、周囲にはお店もなく不便でした。
