Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff was accommodating and gave reminder call before 11 before just canceling reservation to be sure we were still coming. I appreciated that.
BUT Expedia booked one bed instead of 2 & they would not help to fix the reservation. so in addition to the cost on expedia for the wrong room. I had to pay extra fees for another bed & room w/2 beds a cost for "upgrading" directly to hotel for a room w/2 beds. There was dead/alive bugs in room & hallway it needed to have a good vaccumming. Inside establishment was old & run down. NO Elevators. Not HANDICAP friendly at all TV did not work properly had to go to the front desk 2 to get them to come fix a visibably broken cord and fix a fuse/router. Beds where old, wore out & you could literally feel every spring in the bed. No screens on the windows so bugs/wasps flew in when I had the window open. The bathrooms are beyond small. No carpeting in room cold dirty floors and an adult can barely close the door to go to the restroom and have enough leg room to do so. NOT RECOMMENEDED!!! 1-2 STARS 🌟 out of 5 very displeased.
