Outlets by bed did not work. When we turned light on in the morning roaches ran all over the walls. One wash cloth in the room. Door key never worked. Would never stay here again.

This used to be a well maintained hotel. Ceilings have dark leak stains, wallpaper is peeling, bathroom had mold and peeling paint, toilet kept backing up, cobwebs in corners of ceiling, and whole room smelled of mold. A few months ago, this was not the case. I will be moving my choice of hotels elsewhere.

Rooms were not clean, bathrooms were dirty, sink broken, toilet constantly running, had fowl odor that was unbearable enough that we checked out early after only being there for a few hours. Staff was polite to your face but lazy, no urgency to help customers. Had to wait for GM to come to counter when we checked in and when we checked out at 7am had to wait for the lady to come in from smoke break. She just got there. The pictures we took are horrifying. Would have felt safer and got better rest if we just slept in our car. Health and Safety department really needs to pay them a visit. Absolutely nasty!
