very friendly staff, great check in and check out, TV excellent. Bathroom definitely needs updating and toilet replace, disgustingly stained, good water pressure. For 2 people with large bed, needs 4, not 2 pillows for TV viewing.

Upon checking in guy said he had to go check to see if the room was clean before we went in. He said it was but once we got in there, there was hair plugs in the drain hair balls on the walls. The toilet toilets were black sheets were dirty, a goat head in the blanket. The pillow was torn. There was a half gallon of milk, expired oozing in the fridge.

It took me awhile to get a clerk at the desk, my guess is that the CEO of Motel 6 limits number of employees of the hotels and therefore everyone on staff does the job of two. There were roaches in our room, the tub and tub faucet were so stained and dirty looking, I could not use them. All in all, a very unpleasant stay.

Completely understaffed. Old and uncomfortable mattress. No soap. No mini fridge or microwave. Front door of building not secure.

A nice quaint place to stay. Clean, great price through Expedia.com Friendly staff! 😀The husband and I like the area. So thinking we might be staying here for awhile.

The check-in was very late in the evening. However, there were no staff to check us in. One man said he had been waiting for someone to show up for more than 10 minutes. He called the hotel phone number. Rang the buzzer many times. We waited more than 20 minutes. I decided to just leave and find another hotel. Someone finally showed up. He was very nice and apologetic. He was called by the hotel manager to please come over and check us in. It took another 15 minutes to check in the first man and then us. Our check in took almost one full hour. This poor service and no one 'manning the desk' continued until we left two days later. They put out a plastic tub and a note saying to leave the room cards in it when you leave. Nothing worked--no ice machine, the coffee pots etc. The room was clean. That is the one and only positive thing I can say. I won't stay there again anytime soon.

Took an hour to check-in. Made reservation online and prepaid. Was told no rooms available when I arrived. Had to wait for manager to bring more keys, they had none. could only get hot water from sink, no cold. Staff told me how to operate faucet. Turns out the cold water was shut off becatus the faucet leaked.
