Staff only switched out towels, and tidied up bathroom.. Didn't empty garbage, make beds, take towels from bedding area. Our fridge was going crazy with adjustment noises turning off an on couldn't sleep a wink...

Great budget hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Don't expect much for breakfast, though.

When we got to our room we found a hair on our bath towels and when I took it up front to the guy who checked us in he kind of just looked at me and threw the towels on the floor. I was like listen. I'm not the type of person who is just going to keep complaining. He was like I really don't care if this is just a job. The air conditioner wouldn't work, and we couldn't open the window as we were on the first floor and there was no screen.
