When we got to our room we found a hair on our bath towels and when I took it up front to the guy who checked us in he kind of just looked at me and threw the towels on the floor. I was like listen. I'm not the type of person who is just going to keep complaining. He was like I really don't care if this is just a job. The air conditioner wouldn't work, and we couldn't open the window as we were on the first floor and there was no screen.

Check-in and checkout ask went well. They did what they could to fulfill my requests. Pool and sauna were clean and working. Breakfast was a tad bit lackluster. But was out on time and was fresh! All in all very enjoyable. The only suggestion is the floor of the shower squished and sounded like it would break at any minute. Thankfully it did not.

No elevator for 2nd floor stays
Outdated decor but clean and not too small. Were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator which would have been nice to know about before booking - lugging stuff up and down the stairs was not great.

The property is definitely dated but even then it was pretty clean and felt safe! It was in a convenient area with stores and restaurants near by. The views from the hotel were gorgeous on their own. Honestly, I would stay here again!
