Did not like the fact that Fox News was not available on the cable lineup, Really?? If Radisson is going woke, I'm done with them! Nice place otherwise, except that they still have the old-time bathtubs with shower curtain. Need to update to glass door showers.

Smoke detector was going off throughout the night, and room had a smell of mold. The carpet was stained, and they needed to restock on refreshments

Great location and excellent customer service. The carpet in the hallways needs cleaning, and the cloth furniture in your rooms needs clean. Carpet in the room is frayed and needs replacing. The walls in the room are dirty and need to be wiped down. However, for the price I would stay here. The place is not dirty. It is just showing wear and tear.

Terrible experience they took my reservation after i spoke to them confirming my late arrival. They overbooked the hotel and gave my room reservation away!!! And the staff upon my arrival was a joke!!!! They did not walk me to another property knowing well in advance the overbooking and problem they ceated!!! Horrible service and experience!!! I will stick to Hilton and Marriott going forward!!!
