Absolutely loved this hotel and the front desk staff was AMAZING!!! Really wish I got their names but one was a young African American young lady with long beautiful wavy hair who went above and beyond for my family especially with it being Christmas week, she made it quick and easy to check in since I kept extending our stay. Would absolutely recommend this hotel because of the staff, cleanliness of the room and also the comfort of it, plus the breakfast and coffee was so good each morning. Can’t wait to come back!! Having the heated pool especially for my autistic child who loves pools was an absolute plus! <3

Amazing Family Stay for Christmas Week!!
Absolutely loved this hotel and the front desk staff was AMAZING!!! Hoping for a little better
The first night we checked in and the desk clerk seemed irritated that we arrived, gave us no information about the service such as breakfast. The morning clerk was wonderful and helpful. House keeping came into (!) our room rather early in the morning while we were still sleeping.

Not that happy.
The room was clean and orderly but the mattress was terrible. Husband and I had a terrible night sleep. The mattress was hard and unforgiving and the pillows was so soft we both woke in the night with shoulder pain. We also couldn't get the TV to work someone from the desk came down to help up but they didn't speak English but were able to view five channels which did include a movie. My husband also felt the room was stuffy even those we had the room set to 65 and the fan running all night.
