I stayed September 16th-21st and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is spotless with a pretty outdoor eating area and a roof top patio with fabulous views. The room I booked was perfect for what I needed and had a view of the outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel but be prepared for an unfriendly nonchalant attitude although we found that throughout our vacation everywhere we went.

Just on tbe edge of town so maybe 10 minutes walk but therefore much quieter. A great pool and piano playing at night. Staff were very helpful arranging some trips to Pompeii and Capri

The property and staff were amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel based on quality of staff alone - Antonio is awesome. Throw in the fact that it was a close walk to everything makes the hotel 5 stars.

The single room was on the first floor. Very loud. Breakfast noise from below starting before 7am. Pool area loud during the day. Room was hot as air conditioning only cooled bed area (not bathroom). Hotel is beautiful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Just loud.

An excellent hotel! Very convenient location, around 10 minutes walk to Sorrento center, 10 minutes to the train station and 12-15 minutes to the port. Rooms are renovated, spacious and clean. Amazing view on Vesuvius from the balcony. Nice swimming pool. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, fine stay in Sorrento!!

This hotel was fine; nothing particularly wrong with it, but nothing amazing. I found it quite strange that they did not provide at least a single bottle of complimentary water for the rooms. When asked, they directed us to buy bottles from the bar which in turn were €6!

We didn’t like the fact the 2 pools closed so early, 6/6:30, when you come back from a long day of exploring or island hoping you would love to go to the pool. Also, the shower heads needed majorly updated and it would have been nice to have water available to their guests. You are charged here for everything taken from the minibar. Three other hotels we stayed at while traveling through Italy had complimentary mini bars.
