room service was terrible, we ordered food on several occasions, that was either incorrect or was over an hour late. we couldn't connect through on the phone and had to call the front desk or order online. We booked a message session which was double the cost of what we were told it would be.

Excellent place for families. Reservations to specialities restaurant go pretty quickly so you need to be spot as reservation time opens. Dinner buffet was still our preference due to flexibility (with infant). Room service reservations were completely unavailable during our stay (didnt really need it tho). I would go again!

We enjoyed our stay in the beachfront Enclave unit and the amenities that came with it, like the Enclave lounge and adult-only pools, and making dinner reservations for the entire stay at one time. The restaurants were just ok. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant. The staff was friendly and help. The hotel was very clean. We would consider staying again for a short trip.

Property was secured and clean, and everyone was courteous and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was elevators in the lobby could be cleaned more often. However, those elevators are pretty busy.

Everything you needed for your stay! If you forget anything, it will cost you an arm and a leg. $30 sunscreen and $18 razors but they have to make extra money where they can! Staff was always around offering to get whatever you needed! The ocean was beautiful but definitely not a beach to swim at!

This was a vacation with my bff. Overall it was a nice experience with a few drawbacks. Resort is very family oriented and majority of the guests were with small children. Bar closed at 11pm after which the resort pretty much was dead with nothing to do. The food was just OK. There was no variety day to day, so it got boring very fast. The entertainment team was very good, especially Santos who pretty much made our vacation a success.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. Room was great. Clean with a nice view. Lots of areas to go to during the day and night. Staff were very friendly. Preferred the buffet over the restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Staff and property was amazing. Not a lot of night activities but made it work for most nights. Casino night was amazing made our night. Food at restaurants was good, buffet not so much but made it work. Overall loved this resort.

Over all everything was good, the only down side the Italian restaurant service was disappointing we waited 45 min for the food and we just had to leave. they shouldn't take reservation if they are not prepared.
