Broken floor tile in bathroom, had to be careful not to cut my feet. TV remote didn't work very well maybe needed new batteries. Low water pressure in shower. Seems for the price it could have been better.

Negatives and positives.

They give extra pillows which is nice, the room was good but couch pillows were covered in literal dirt. Not very exciting. Pet friendly so you are likely to get allergies if that’s something you struggle with. The blond manager with curly hair was very rude. May have just been having a bad day but cursing on the phone in lobby, getting mad about room requests to be on a higher floor, just overall grouchy and brought down the atmosphere. Place looked beautiful lobby was beautiful. Swimming pool open late so that’s good, wish breakfast was available later.

Stay was mostly good. The pillows weren't great but everything else was fine. The front desk associate who works the second shift is wonderful. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick.

The staffers friendly the room was clean except the phone was not working and one of the lamps was not working I did mention it to the front desk when I called but it was not acknowledged. I also called for additional towels front desk guy seem to be annoyed but the other staff members were very pleasant My room was very clean

The pool area is extremely hot. The breakfast was ok. Not much selection and they didn’t put any food out after 8:20 and breakfast ended at 9. Room was clean. Staff was awesome!!!

Could be better.

When checking in their was a party with really loud music in the breakfast area which made checking in difficult. The hotel needs to clean up the elevator. The bathroom tiles were coming a part. Housekeeping did not replenish bathroom floor mat after cleaning.

The room itself was not as described it did not have a king bed, nor a pull out couch that slept two. It was more of a pull out chair. The mattress on the pull out was heavily stained, and there was no bedding for it. We had to pay an extra $20 for a rolling bed , that also had a heavily stained mattress. The attendant also had very poor attitude when we asked for bedding to fit the couch as well at the folding bed. It was a subpar experience overall
