I didnt like that I couldnt adjust the water pressure in shower and it spilled outside all over bathroom floor. The shower curtain was short and so it didnt keep the water inside the shower area. I had to arrange someone to come and mop. The bed linen was old and rough, i kept waking up due to feeling uncomfortable on my skin so i didnt end up resting well. I had to ask a worker to stop hammering right next to my room at 8.45pm who told me he had 20mins of work to do. I shouldn't have had to deal with all of that after a 30 hour flight. Very disappointed.

This property is still under construction! The room was almost bare. Coffee maker cheap and broken, bathroom missing molding, toiletries cheap, almost no furniture. Loud and unfinished. Not Country Inn & Suites quality at all. Avoid this place.

The room was ok, but there is too much noise from construction going on. A tile saw was cutting tile outside our window at 6:45!! It sounded like they were working on the room next to me, hammering, screw guns. The staff was great and the room was nice.

Over night at Phoenix Airport in this new property. Room they gave us was unfinished with old used furniture. Nothing with drawers. Closet was unfinished, no place to hang anything. Hair dryer was broken, shower had someone’s long black hair. At 10 pm while we were asleep, staff tried to enter room to see if it was occupied. We asked why they didn’t call, she said it was “urgent “!

Under renovation (Sept 2024)comfortable quiet room
We stayed arriving and departing from Phoenix airport. Hourly shuttle to get from hotel to the airport but Lyft service to get to hotel from airport (which was not expected). Renovations happening but rooms were clean and comfortable. Place was quiet. Good basic breakfast provided. Able to walk to Hilton for restaurant but nothing else close by. Would stay there again.

The front desk ladie, gave me a room, when I went in to the room was locked, maintance guy was in the room watching the t.v and I notice he used the toilet , because the toilet cover was up. When we back to the front desk the ladie apologized with us and she gave us a nice room.
