"My parents had a wonderful stay at the New Haven, unfortunately the restaurant was closed but it’s in an awesome location in the middle of lots of dining options. There is a nightclub close by, so depending on where your room is you may hear the music at night. The customer service was amazing, Zihima (sp?) was super sweet and accommodating. "

"We were in town for our daughter’s white coat ceremony at Quinnipiac. We were located in a good area with easy access to the campus and restaurants. The house was clean and met our needs. Our host was responsive to all our questions. "

"Close to Westville shopping, Yale athletic fields/stadiums, events at SCSU, or a short drive or bus ride to downtown, Beaver Hill is a great neighborhood. I rented this property for overflow family in town for a wedding. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. While I would have like to see some cooking equipment (we're a family that likes to cook), I believe the owner has addressed this concern. This is a nice, comfortable, clean place perfect for a family. I would definitely rent this house again. "
