My daughter have a service dog that I had prepaid for just in case we would have any issues with their accepting pets upon arrival. I was told the charge would be waived but when it went through the next day, he promptly refunded it and was so kind throughout the process. The room was very nice, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. "

"Hyatt Centric Arlington was neat as a pin and professionally staffed. Every employee I interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. Many of them reached out to me without asking. My room and the dining area were very clean and well-organized. I only have two, minor complaints. The chairs in my room were very worn and the location of my access room was adjacent to the elevator mechanicals, creating significant noise in my room."
