The room was newly renovated and clean. Easy access to the highway and was quiet. The frontdesk people could use some help with communicating with one another because there was confusion as to when my room would be available or if there even was a room that i booked a week in advance.

They were renovating the hotel which is great rooms that were done were nice but the lobby was taped up and really load construction was happening. When I checked in I could barely hear what was being said! When I asked the front desk lady why they don't let customers know about the renovation and or give a discount she told me I could go somewhere else ( terrible customer service). We brought are kids for a soccer tournament we were told washer and dryer was broken then later another mom questioned it and they apparently just needed plugged in. Honestly just multiple frustrating situations! They should definitely disclose there's a renovation happening! Once the renovation is done it'll be a great hotel I'm sure!

CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY!
The hotel is currently going through a renovation in the lobby. However, our room was fresh and newly painted and renovated. Washer for hotel guests was broken down, but the hotel staff permitted me to us their commercial washer so I could wash my clothes. Very kind and generous staff.

Everything was great except for the construction going on which was handled better than could be expected. Our room had trash left in the drawers which was unexpected. Also, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Kids were happy with TV choices.

This stay was a disaster and disappointment. We had reserved a double queen with roll-in shower. Upon arrival the general manager checked us in but was unsure about the shower which had been guaranteed! He checked the room and advised us the automated blinds didn’t work which was certainly not a problem. We moved into the room only to find there was no phone, no TV remote, no water at the bathroom sink and no drain. There also were bare exposed wires in the room. As this was an ADA room we found no grab bars near the toilet. We were then shown a replacement room which had a walk-in shower again without grab bars. The sink did have water but wouldn’t drain. I finally had to used a bath towel to sop up the water and physically remove the stopper. I usually tolerate some problems but this was ridiculous and intolerable. I understand that this hotel is undergoing a remodel but as General Manager, this man should NEVER have booked that room. Expedia got us a full refund for the room which we appreciate but I can not say anything good about this hotel in good faith.

The property is under construction. The third party sites do not notify patrons of this, nor does the Holiday Inn site. Only through reviews from other companies was I made aware that the pool may be closed. I called and was assured it would be open. It was so nice! Pool was clean. Staff was friendly. We had new carpet and blinds in our room. We did not take part in the breakfast. I left an item in the closet, called twice and was promised housekeeping would call back. Nope. If no other choice, I may consider staying here again.
