Great location if going to Knitting Factory. Great food all around within walking distance. Best secret is the Happy Hour in the hotel lounge, the Sapphire which has Happy Hour 4-6 Tues-Sat and all day Sunday. Unreal, 50% off everything and decent food!

Affordable motel not hotel

Ruby Hotel should be called Ruby Motel as all rooms open to the outdoor parking lot. It was very affordable, cute modern bathroom, plenty of hot water but low shower pressure, small rooms, great heating, my rating is a bit low due to an awful smell upon entering room, it wasn't stale cigarette smoke but maybe low grade disinfectant? No idea. The bed itself was very clean and comfortable.

Great staff, fun little hotel, great location

Nice hotel in walking distance of good restaurants and entertainment venues. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay again.
