This was maybe a two star. We wanted a hotel with a pool which was closed for our whole stay. We thought a group of homeless were hanging out by the front door, ended up being the front desk person and two of her friends. Breakfast was sparse and they had no knives or spoons for cereal and waffles. Would not stay again.

I booked my stay for two nights and paid online. I was not made aware of it be property’s newly adopted policy that they don’t allow “locals” to stay at their location. Management stated that locals are not considered good customers this time of year and therefore refuse service to anyone presenting a Washington ID.. Following my efforts with both the reservation company and the hotel itself, I still have not received any sort of refund for my almost $300 reservation that was discriminatively refused to me.

Do not stay here. They do not change sheets or any bedding. My room had bedding that was filthy with unsanitary dried crusty stains. When I asked them to change the bedding and sheets, I was told to come to the front desk and pick up bedding to do it myself. Reached out to Expedia for help. Expedia explicitly told me to leave immediately for a full refund, which I did. I have been issued no refund due to the property not responding. Scam. Stay at your own risk.

Go there and noticed a sign says pool and spa closed. The pool is the reason we booked this hotel. Got to our room and the toilet wouldn't flush and room was just dark and dingy l. They had us plung the toilet before offering us a room change. New room was better however discovered cockroach on the wall. Won't be coming back and won't be recommending this place either.

Contenential breakfast was terrible. The breakfast staff were un helpful. They did not have any milk for the kids cereal, the muffins were beyond stale and hard, coffee was hot water. The pool advertised was closed. Location in an industrial area, lots of "foot traffic" around.
