The staff here were absolutely fantastic, it made our stay so much more enjoyable, the front desk lady who check us in, the housekeeper lady and maintenance man, all so friendly helpful and informative! And the night clerk too! The shower lacked pressure and had no adjustable head, that is our ownly minimal complaint!

Not a very nice area. Sink was clog, I told receptionist girl at front desk, she told me she will send someone never showed up, Sunday morning no breakfast, they told me cook was off.

My only concern was the dining area on the 5th floor was extremely beyond overly warm, I was unable to stay in the room long enough to pour a coffee. Once you step off the elevator you are hit with a wave of extreme heat.

We stayed for 3 days. The room had 3 towels, which we asked for a few more as we have 2 small children. we were told that no room service would be available until the 3 day, and we would only be able to have the same number of towels that the room was initially set up with.
