Very large hotel with multiple entrances if there was an elevator I was not informed of one. Walked in the room and immediately saw coffee stains and a ring from a cup on the counter. After seeing that I knew not to expect much. The back of the remote had no cover for the batteries. The AC unit was loud. The bathroom had several places that were not cleaned; one being the sink. The sink of which was falling down on one side. The caulking and the sink didn’t match up like someone had put too much weight on it and knocked it off. There were places on the wall that looked to be holes but I’m not sure I don’t get closer. The vending machines were out of water I tried two machines. I expect this type of “quality” from a lesser hotel ; one that cost much less. I had tried to cancel this one but missed the window. I had found a much nicer hotel for cheaper but the window for cancellation was closed even though technically they didn’t have my card on file yet to charge me for cancellation. Thankfully we came for a concert and had other things to look forward to; if I were to book again I would not.

Great checkin experience, spacious, comfortable quiet room. Had two delicious meals at Osprey, good beer selection. Wait staff was welcoming and did a fantastic job of helping us enjoy our stay. Levi and Elias took such good care of us! They’re the best!! Loved our walks along the river and the proximity to shops etc.
