Spent too much time waiting in the valet line to be told to park across the street and then went across the street to the other valet line where I waited again to be told I am in the wrong parking garage. On top of that, Im charged $28 to park at a hotel that I paid to stay at? What hotel charges guests to park at their facility?!

Gorgeous property in a perfect area of town. We enjoyed walking around Spokane and hotel was mostly quiet. The staff at the bar did seem understaffed but they were very pleasant and friendly.

Loved the beds. I'm a bed snob and towel snob. Both were amazing. Second timers to this hotel. Braakfast was by far the best we've had on our trip. Highly recommended this hotel!!!!

Great stay for theater goers or visitors who enjoy the heart of downtown. The hotel and guest rooms are absolutely lovely--a rare treat in Spokane. The only reason I did not give 5 stars all the way across the board--the edges of our duvet covers that were tucked under the mattress were still damp when we pulled them out to go to bed at 11PM. Too late to call housekeeping so we made do but an unwelcome surprise.

Such a great property. The vibe there was lively, the people visiting were friendly and relaxed. The check in guy was not very friendly, but everything else made up for it. The rooms were great as always. Food was great and also caught the happy hour. Excellent!

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend. In the past, our experiences have been great, but this time I was disappointed. I pre-paid for the room and was surprised by the additional $150 resort and parking fee. When I asked about it, I was told these were standard fees. Upon checking out and inquiring about it again, I was told it was a pet cleaning fee. We didn't have our dog with us, but the gentleman at the desk had added it on anyway. The fee was only removed when I brought it up at check-out. Secondly, the shower drain was clogged. Given the severity of the clog, the staff must have been aware of it. I turned on the water and within 10 seconds, there was standing water. Even if the clog developed between the last guest and my check-in, it suggests the shower had not been cleaned in a long time. Finally, when my daughter and I went to take quick showers in the morning, there was no hot water. All in all, given the price point of the hotel and the degradation of its facilities, I will stay elsewhere when in Spokane.
