Arrived in hotel parking garage, left car and came to desk with luggage. Was 2:30 pm. Clerk advised check in was 4:00 pm and there would be a $25 early check in fee, "is that ok". I said no,it was not ok.We had to wait in the lobby bar for one and a half hours to avoid that ridiculous charge. We have stayed at the Davenport Tower many times. They first instituted a $20 misc fee, which they collect at the hotel. Then this. Its not like we arrived at 11 am and wanted to check in Please encourage your hotels to stop these fees.
