"Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the valet parking, check in attendant and kitchen staff. Very attentive. The hotel is very nice, we stayed in the San Fernando tower which is the nicer side of the hotel and the room was beautiful with beautiful city and riverwalk views. We stayed in a king suite with terrace on the 11th floor and got some amazing views. The room is very clean and spacious, it has a pull out queen sofabed comfortable enough for a full night sleep. I don't know if there weren't any other people staying in the rooms next to ours or not but my stay was extremes quiet and peaceful. They have a kickback hour which was awesome and convenient. You get free food and drinks to relax. We absolutely loved that part! I will most definitely come back!!!"
