Nicely renovated rooms close to Zion. I was in the annex building, which is across the road from the rest of the buildings so never used the restaurant/pool/gym but the room itself was nice.

Great location and facilities, only wish they had an elevator. It was very sad to have to make many trips up and down stairs with luggage and not having an elevator. This is criminal.

Perfect spot for visiting Zion National Lark with easy access to Springdale shuttle that takes you to the park entrance. Staff was super helpful and kind and gave great recommendations for our visit. Enjoyed the hot tub after long hike days! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

This place is beautiful! Incredible view of Zion valley. Located at shuttle stop 9. Nothing is walking distance but the shuttle is right there. We will definitely stay there again.

Re modeled hotel very close to beautiful Zion Park
The hotel has only been operating for 3 months so the rooms are still very fresh and new and modern. There is a balcony with a lovely view. The pool and hot tub are great to use after a day in the park. The hotel is quite a way out of Springdale but there is a shuttle stop across the road. Cannot comment on the restaurant as didn't use it and breakfast is not complimentary.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was great. The pool and hot tub were nice. The restaurant on the property has only been open a short time and needs some changes. The breakfast was better than the dinner. Our chicken was very overcooked. The servers were friendly though.

Great location on outskirts of Springdale. Shuttle stop was right outside hotel, so we didn’t have to even drive to get to the National Park Shuttle. Great amenities. Kids loved the pool!

The led motion lights under the beds are the worst feature. We finally called the front desk and they had a solution, but this is not a good hotel feature at all. Hotel was quiet. Large room, with great views. It was very clean.
