Very nice hotel- updated!! Staff was excellent and very helpful! Breakfast was great- staff for breakfast was excellent as well!! Pool and hot tub were well taken care of!! Only complaint was the key cards kept having to be re loaded

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. We got a family suite for 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. We arrive around 10pm and the pool was still open which was nice and convenient so the kids could swim for a bit to let some energy out after being on the road for several hours. The breakfast was good in the morning also. We would stay at this facility again.

Our room was spotless which is my #1 priority when staying anywhere. The room was also comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took time to engage with my two small grand sons who had lots of questions. We had a great experience. This will be our go to hotel any time we visit family in Springfield.
